It is to put a smile on your face and enable you to tackle the rough moments in life with a little bit more energy. My personal suggestion for these 14 steps, is to pick on and intently focus on it for a day, or a week. To make it a priority and follow through. If you lose track of this, hopefully soon-to-be habit, try again the next day. And again. Once the step you picked has become second nature, a habit, pick the next step.
If you follow through, you will on average and in generally be a more positive, energetic and happy person.
