Why It’s Never Too Late to Heal Your Mind

I, personally, dislike anecdotes. They do not necessarily have a foundation in science and says nothing about anything for the general population as a whole. However, the article linked below tells a story with a strong base in biology and physiology and goes to show that as long as a person is diagnosed properly, that person can also be medically treated properly. A diagnose actually describing a symptom (depression) and not the cause (feeling shame and experienced neglect) will most likely not cause proper treatment to be given.
