Accelerate your Happiness with these 14 Steps

While these 14 steps encompass almost all aspects of your life, they all boil down to one single thing, in my opinion. It is to put a smile on your face and enable you to tackle the rough moments in life with a little bit more energy. My personal suggestion for these 14 steps, is to pick on and intently focus on it for a day, or a week. To make it a priority and follow through. If you lose track of this, hopefully soon-to-be habit, try again the next day. And again. Once the step you picked has become second nature, a habit, pick the next step.

If you follow through, you will on average and in generally be a more positive, energetic and happy person.
